Production worker 2 shifts

We are looking for an enthusiastic production worker who is ready for a challenging and varied role. In this position, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including testing, preparation, orbital welding, assembly, sawing, fitting, packaging, cleaning, pressing, and more. As you gain more experience, you will have the opportunity to work independently based on work orders and drawings. Mastering at least six workstations even offers the chance to progress to the position of an all-round operator.

As a production worker, your responsibilities include:

• Assembling hoses.
• Performing minor welding tasks.
• Checking the produced material.
• Working on different departments with 5 to 8 workstations.
• Keeping the work floor clean.
• Always maintaining a focus on quality.

You will work in a two-shift schedule, which means that in one week, you will work the morning shift from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The following week, you will work the evening shift from Monday to Thursday, from 2:45 PM to 11:45 PM, and on Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This allows you to be home on time for the weekend.

As a production worker, you recognize yourself in the following competencies:

• You have intermediate vocational education (MBO) level.
• You have relevant experience in a production environment.
• You are proficient in either the Dutch or the English language.
