As a project coordinator in the field of building, contracting and facility services, you maintain close contact with clients and contractors in France about details and technical implementation issues. You have to stand firm in this and if necessary, you propose alternative solutions. You are responsible for working out the details of orders and prepare them so they are ready for production. Everything has to be accurately documented and timely registered in a shared IT environment so all parties involved are up to date on the current situation. The office is situated in Hoofddorp, from which you will perform your daily activities. You will be working closely with clients and contractors in France, so for this role we are looking for a native French speaker.

You will also be involved in producing and processing quotations, signaling if the estimated quotation is correct or if there will be additional or less work. You work independently, but can indicate if you need help. If you do not have all the experience yet, but you are well versed in administrative and organizational terms, they will be happy to teach you this. There is a strong team spirit and together you get the job done!

In short, a very all-round position with responsibilities in which you can grow, but there is also room for the right person with a lot of experience.

Job requirements

As an administrative assistant projects you have a strong administrative background and you can work accurately. Furthermore, you are a real go-getter, you blossom in hectic situations and take charge of your responsibilities.
A technical background is a plus, but not a necessity. Organizational talent however, is a must.
What is also very important is that you have a perfect command of the French language! Basic commandment of the Dutch language is a plus, but interaction with Dutch colleagues in English is no problem either. What we like to see reflected in your qualities is that you like to take initiative, can convince, can work independently and have strong communication skills. We also prefer that you can start working full-time, but part-time for 32 hours is also negotiable.
