This is an hybrid role while you will act as Receptionist and as Conference medewerker from time to time.
The receptionist role is mainly in Rijswijk location but also in Den Haag at the same location than the Conference task.
The receptionist role speaks by himself with its various tasks and duties. The conference part is to support as a back up the Conference team when there are additional workload (tasks are from welcoming participants to check conference rooms of sending information to members…).
You will received in advance a rooster with your work location and time of your shifts.
Even so Dutch is not necessary for the location in Den Haag, you need to have a conversational level for the Rijswijk location. Do not apply if you don't meet this requirements as this is mandatory.

What we offer

  • Contract parttime via our agency between 20 – 24 hours per week (evening shifts sometimes till 22h)
  • Transportation cost
  • Salary 13,02 per hours

Job requirements

Receptionist Den Haag:

  • 3 years of experience as a receptionist of which 1 year of experience in an international organization
  • English (speaking and writing)
  • Must be able to work in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must want to be screened by the AIVD

Conference Coordinator:

  • 3 years of experience in the Conference and Event industry of which 1 year of experience in an international organization
  • English (speaking and writing)
  • Must be able to work in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communicative skills
  • Must want to be screened by the AIVD

Receptionist Rijswijk:
Speaking Dutch
1 Year experience receptionist

About the company

Hospitality Horeca company working with various clients in the Den Haag area.
This role is exclusively for 2 companies (Den Haag and Rijswijk). Both easy to reach via public transportation.
