About the job

In the position as a backup employee you will be working on different locations at the reception as a receptionist. Next to that, you will be trained in the conference department in Europol in The Hague. Therefore, your conference experience is very important!
So please be aware that the position is a combination of reception work and backup in conferences.

What we offer

We offer a contract for 3, 4 or 5 days a week; 96, 128, 144 hours per periode (minimum 24 hours per week), full time or partime

The salary indication is between EUR11,05 bruto per hour and EUR12,53 bruto per hour.

Before you can be trained in Europol, an AIVD Clearance screening and VOG is required

Job requirements

  • Fluently English speaking
  • Available between 8:00 - 18:00
  • Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the area of Hotel Management or Hospitality Services;
  • Minimum of three years of related professional experience in conference and events management industry, in addition to the diploma requirement;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a multicultural environment;
  • Thorough command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Applications
