In this position, you will be working on a specific location in Den Haag for an International organization as Event coordinator and Receptionist. Therefore, your conference experience is very important in both roles.

Activities for Conference:

  • Meeting rooms preparation and control: cleanliness, Functionality & stationaries
  • Meeting rooms approvals
  • Create WebEx links
  • Liaise with catering, movers and AV colleagues on a daily basis
  • Weekly meeting with IT
  • Administration tasks
  • Preparation for the interpreters during high level events
  • Assisting with high level meetings
  • Etc.
    For 1 week, 1 day at Conference and 2 days at Reception. The other week will be 2 days at Conference and 2 days at Reception. This can change depending on business requirements and colleagues availability of course.

What we offer

Start date: 1st week of September with a training Conference + the second week training Reception
First working day at Conference (alone) – Mid September
The contract is via our agency as Parttime between 18-26 hours per week (starting salary 12,50 gross), temporary with possibility to have an indefinite contract

Job requirements

Receptionist & Conference Coordinator :

  • Fluently English speaking, Dutch is a real plus
  • 3 years experience in the Conference & Events industry (1 year within international organization) and Receptionist
  • Proficiency with MS office
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Before you can be trained by the company, an AIVD Clearance screening and VOG is required
