As Receptionist for this international organistion you are responsible for all traditional tasks and duties that belongs to a receptionist. Team spirit is very important at the front office, you are working with mainly with Dutch colleagues so you need to have a conversation level of Dutch in order to communicate with them. The job itself request mainly English.

What we offer

  • 12,50 per hour;
  • a job for 24 or 36 hours a week
  • a job for a minimum of 1 year

Job requirements

  • The working days are from Monday to Friday and the working hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. ( 4 shifts a day 07:00 – 13:00, 13:00 – 19:00,07:00- 15:00, 15:00-22:00).
  • Want to apply for a VOG.
  • Has or wants to get a BHV diploma ( emergency response).
  • Experience as a receptionist /1 year of experience in an international organization.
  • English (speaking and writing) and Dutch (speaking conversational level).
  • Must be able to work in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 24 or 36 hours avalible.
  • you live in Rijswijk, Den Haag or Rotterdam.
