As a sales consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of our Unique Den Haag office. You'll face the exciting challenge of connecting with clients and prospects to secure vacancies and close deals, using your commercial acumen to drive business forward. We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. A good command of English and basic Dutch is essential, as well as the drive to develop your commercial skills.
What You Will Do:
- Client engagement: maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new connections to expand our business.
- Prospecting: reach out to potential clients, both international and national, to generate new opportunities.
- Meetings: visit clients and prospects for introductions, to assess vacancies, or conduct evaluation sessions.
- Collaboration: participate in regional sales days and work closely with recruitment colleagues to align daily actions.
- Market focus: concentrate on the market in The Hague, Rijswijk, and Delft, with the flexibility to expand your reach nationally.
