  • Responsible for specified customer enquiries which are operational-, sales- and technical related in which the French language is a must and German is highly preferred
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining a high standard service level for specified accounts
  • Responsible for intensive customer care by regular contact, pro-actively and reactively,
    discussing their enquiries, sales, prospective, market information, requirements and needs
  • Responsible for customer care by regular contact, reactively, discussing their enquiries technical enquiries and needs
  • Reporting on these periodically, by means of presentation or report
  • Investigate and resolve complaints about various parts business related dealer issues
  • Independently perform analytical tasks and assignments for management level
  • Participates in in-/external meetings for any Parts Business related issues
  • Maintains contact with accounting department and the accounts receivable
  • Assists in drawing up marketing and sales plans for his specific sales type area or region
  • Participates in projects which are Parts Business related
  • Assist management in realizing departmental targets

This is a fulltime position, company is based in Almere. It is important that you speak and write the French (native), English ánd Dutch language very well. First you will start on a temporary bases, further on there might be permanent possibilities.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Speaks and writes the following foreign language: French (native level), English, Dutch.
    German is preferred.
  • Fulltime availability (37,5 hours per week)
  • Good communication skills, within various in-/external hierarchical company levels
  • Front office experience with high sense of customer focus combined with operational excellence
    preferably in an operational logistics environment
  • Proven skills in terms of operational systems, Windows (Excel)
  • Flexible, structural and pragmatic way of working, able to prioritize own work most efficiently with focus on solutions and result.
  • Able to handle multiple disciplines and its tasks at the same time, maintaining the capability
    to comply to set procedures and working methods within set timeframe and its deadlines
  • Back Office experience and technical knowledge of diesel engines preferred

Workbase is in Almere, therefore candidates should live within an acceptable distance.
