Do you live in the area of Leiden? Do you enjoy receiving and answering various questions via e-mail? Do you have an affinity with software programs? Then read on quickly!

Within the sales team, you and your colleagues are the point of contact for our international customers. You perform various activities in the field of sales support. You can think of making quotations, issuing
trial licenses, changing customer data, following up and answering general questions. This is all done by email in English. You work in a team with the other colleagues from Sales Support. Technical questions
are answered by our Tech Support colleagues. You will be trained "hands on" so that you can get started quickly and thoroughly. Of course we will guide you through our used software packages such as Google Suite, Zendesk and other systems so that you become our rock in the surf in the last quarter of the year.

What we offer

In this temporary position, you will receive as a parttime Sales Support:
. a salary between €2100 - €2400 based on 40 hours;
. a contract for 32 hours;
. a temporary employment contract from August until the end of March

Job requirements

If you are going to work as a parttime sales support employee then you recognize yourself in the following points:
. temporary available from September 1 ™ February 28;
. you have bachelor work and thinking level and at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
. you have very good communication skills in English (word and writing);
. you are careful and accurate and you have extensive experience with various office applications
such as Excel and Word.

In addition you have a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy working in a team. You know how to set priorities well and you can also fit in ad hoc matter and you have a feeling for international cultural differences.

The organization enables them to create beautiful images and videos of their designs for clients with little time and effort. The company has grown rapidly in recent years. The organization is located in Sassenheim. It is easy to reach by car, but slightly less easy to reach by public transport from Leiden Central Station because you still have to walk 10 minutes when getting off the bus.
