ING is looking for a secretary who will support two Tribe Leads and will be part of the Business Support & Operations Team.
On a daily basis you will be busy with:

  • Supporting the Tribe Leads to effectively execute daily requirements;
  • Handle, screen and prioritize all incoming correspondence send to the Tribe Leads, ensuring effective delegation and closed-loop action tracking – jointly
    with the business manager. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries;
  • Make travel / accommodation arrangements;
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for team, and other internal / external meetings;
  • Prepare/organize expenses, invoices and financial statements;
  • Proactively assisting in business planning and organizing, and prioritizing work;
  • Developing specific goals and plans and optimize the agenda to accomplish the objectives;
  • Ensure an effective communications with the secretaries of CRO, developing and maintaining a network in/outside our department;
  • Continuously review the operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as agenda planning, travel, governance, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

What we offer

You can expect the following from us:

  • A salary of €16,23 gross per hour;
  • A fulltime job from 32 to 40 hours a week;
  • A temporary employment contract with the change of an extension;
  • A full travel allowance when you travel by public transport (own transport; 0.19 km to a maximum of € 10.11 per day);

Job requirements

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, that is proactive and has a good sense of humor. You are flexible. loyal and a real team player. Other requirements are:

  • Relevant work experience in an international setting;
  • An excellent oral and written command of the English language;
  • Extensive knowledge of the applications of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
  • Experience with working in a virtual environment.
