About the job

You, as the Senior Associate Supply Chain, will contribute to successful product launches and product lifecycle activities of the company’s products. You will provide support and technical expertise to the regional operations departments and cross-functional teams. Besides that you will ensure compliance by following all current GDP and GMP requirements and the company’s procedures.

Amongst other things you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Business Case preparation for launches and lifecycle management
  • Maintaining regional specific supply chain metrics
  • Using and analyzing the metrics to support supply chain improvements
  • Facilitating Finished Drug Product master data setup
  • Maintaining contact with regional and local Regulatory Affairs to keep Regional Variation Master Plan up-to-date
  • Seeking out best practices to implement within own sphere of influence

Job requirements


  • Have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Speak fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Are able to work in a matrix organization with different cultures
  • Preferably have knowledge about GMP/GDP
  • Have preferably worked in a pharmaceutical or supply chain environment
  • Have already worked in an international environment
  • Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Are analytical and data minded
  • Are pro-active, independent and communicatively strong
