Are you fluent in English and do you also have knowledge from the Dutch of German? We are looking for a servicedesk employee in Rijswijk (near The Hague)! Do you have questions about this role?

As a servicedesk employee you interact with various departments and take care of various requests and wishes. You are also the 1st point of contact for all facility matters for the users of the building and suppliers.

The tasks in this role are:

  • Registering requests, complaints, wishes, information and malfunction reports (by telephone or e-mail)
  • Ensuring that these are followed up in the FMIS system.
  • Handling of reports: thanks to you, all reports reach the right practitioner, the processing time of reports is monitored and there is proactive communication about the progress that suits the customer.
  • Verifying all completed reports with the applicants to check whether the problem has actually been solved.
  • Operating the telephone exchange: you are the entrance for incoming telephone traffic.
  • Booking online meetings via Outlook and Zoom: you ensure that all details are entered correctly and that the invitation is sent to the correct contacts

The working hours are between 07:30 and 18:00 and the location is in Rijswijk (near Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden etc.).

What we offer

  • A contract for 24 to 40 hours a week (with possibility to permanent employment). Your working days are Monday to Friday (fulltime and parttime both possible);
  • The starting salary is a minimum of €2,100 to a maximum of €2,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week (depending on experience and education);
  • Travel costs from home to work are fully reimbursed (19 cents per km or your public transport costs);
  • 8% holiday allowance and you get 25 holiday days based on full-time employment;
  • A nice internal organization that considers it important to invest in the growth and ambitions of professionals. We therefore organize several inspiration sessions throughout the year;
  • We also offer an online platform where courses are offered to further develop you. These are both job content courses and courses to promote your personal development;
  • We invest in emergency response certification to create a safe working environment;

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate for the role of servicedesk employee is:

  • fluent in English and good in Dutch of German;
  • socially and communicatevely strong;
  • customer friendly, flexible and solution-oriented;
  • experienced in a service role or has a relevant study completed;
  • good with systems and programs (MS Office and FMIS).
