In this position for call center management specialist you will oversee all aspects of our client aftersales customer call centres across Europe.
You are willing to travel for onsite auditing (around 3 to 4 times a year) and will be in charge of special project for example; everything that has to do with customer service improvements and management.
Furthermore the Specialist is responsible for:
Act as an account manager for the company's outsourced call centres.
Design and provide metrics and regular reports to follow up team performance;
Conduct Call Center trainings;
Providing support and trouble shooting to customers, via telephone but also via generated web forms and email;
Contribute to consumer complaint handling: identify resources needed to provide solutions
and ensure timely execution;
Drive Call Center readiness for product launches, including procedures, training materials,
KPI and more;
Initiate and lead projects to improve overall customer satisfaction;
Good project management knowledge;
Support Call centres and individuals to exceed company objectives through positive coaching
Work on the continuous improvement with various departments and worldwide Headquarters
Review and negotiate Call Center contract and monthly invoice;
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Lead 2 employees that are responsible for social media.

Working hours are 5 days per week with two shifts which starts at 9.00 am for 8hrs or 9:30 am for 8hrs.
You will be directly employed by the company, not for Unique agency, with a fixed contract fulltime based.

We are looking for a successful candidate living near or close to Eindhoven.
At least 4 year experience in a relevant field for example (Call Center / Customer Service / Consumer Electronics)
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Experience in a fast-moving environment;
Experience in E-Commerce desired;
A team player also able to work independently;
At least Bachelor degree or University;
Experienced user and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Your English is fluent, this is very important and required. Additional European languages preferred;
