For our client in Venlo we are immediately looking for Parttime/Fulltime Customer Experience Agent (French Speaker). You immediately receive a temporary contract for at least 6 months through Unique Roermond, and in the long term a takeover and permanent appointment is possible true our client.

As Customer Experience Agent (French Speaker) you aspire improvement. You enjoy being in frequent contact with customers and actively thinking along with them about questions, problems and complaints. Of course you will not be on on your own, so you get started in a department with dozens of different nationalities. You can ask your colleagues for help at any time.

Summary of your main duties:

  • Handle difficult cases such as escalation and safety cases;
  • Handle returns, claims on our different sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Cdiscound and Manomano;
  • Handle outbound interactions and solve different issues;
  • Handle reviews that are left by the customer on different platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, eBay, Trustpilot etc.

  • You start with a salary of approximately € 1,800 gross per month.
  • You receive a travel allowance. By car this is € 0.19 per kilometer. Public transport costs are fully reimbursed.

Functie eisen

  • Native knowledge and control of the French language and excellent command of the English language;
  • Customer-oriented and preferably experienced in a similar role;
  • You are a star in communication;
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially Word and Excel;
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours a week.
