Over de functie

As a customer service agent your most important responsibility is to make our customers live easier. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service by phone and email. You will assist out German - speaking customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments.

Wat we bieden

  • Contract is for 38 hours per week (on average), divided over 5 days per week;
  • Salary is €1680,05 gross based on a fulltime contract for persons 21 years and older of age;
  • Compensation of 50% extra for working on a Sunday;
  • Personal discount on all products of 20% online and 25% in German shops;
  • Meal allowance €8,80 net when working from 1.30 pm to at least 8.00 pm;
  • Travelling costs: paid when the distance is above the 10km. With a maximum of €7.42 per working day.

Functie eisen

  • You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken;
  • You Englisch is also on a good level;
  • Customer friendly and strong in empathy;
  • Open minded and not afraid of changes;
  • Interested in fashion;
  • Living in the area Maastricht;
  • Temporary contract with perspective for long term;
  • Ready to start your training on the 4th of may or the 8th of June.
