As our Customer Support Analyst, you will be part of a brand-new global team of enthusiastic colleagues, operating from various countries (Canada, Germany and The Netherlands). You will build a relationship with our customers, providing excellent customer service; you handle client related questions and (technical) problems regarding products, invoices and quality. You become owner of constantly varying requests, for which you either find an answer or you ensure timely escalation. To ensure that you can provide excellent 1st line support, you maintain your knowledge of the company’s products and services, for instance by following internal training. You will provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions, find the optimal response to customer enquiries, ensure prompt handling and provide input to reduce recurring issues.

Functie eisen

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a similar position
  • You are advanced in German and have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • You focus on our customer, always looking for ways to deliver the highest possible quality
  • Expert in working within a CRM system
  • You are a self-starter
