We are looking for an English full time Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Rotterdam to support to early product registration, effective maintenance of existing licenses and protection of our company.
This includes the following duties/responsibilities:
- Preparing and coordination of the submission of regulatory documents to (inter)national authorities
- Drafting and reviewing document content, product labels and material safety data sheets
- Providing advice and support to management about regulatory affairs issues in line with Product Management and R&D
- Analyzing business developments and suggesting Regulatory activities in relation to our market access within the Agribusiness worldwide
- Preparing responses to (inter-) national legislation facilities questions and other regulatory correspondence;
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with regulatory authorities, consultants and specialists to shape the regulatory environment
- Development Regulatory Affairs procedures, processes, standards and systems
- Evaluation of bottle necks or compliancy risks and implementation of improvements

Your skills
- 3-5 years of relevant Regulatory experience within authorities, consultancy agencies or chemical/pharmaceutical industry
- Problem solver, capable to persuade and convince others to another point of view or opinion
- Inspiring and optimistic and willing to get the job done
- Ability to handle and combine diverse information streams without losing overview and end-goal in mind
- Identify key issues of a project or subject, identify consequences and how to proceed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn about different Regulatory Affairs challenges worldwide
Your profile - Master degree, preferably in Chemistry or biochemistry or equivalent by Regulatory experience in laboratory
- Fluent in English
- Eager to work in a multicultural environment and building relationships with different people from different cultures
