In this position you will be responsible for booking the intercompany accounts payable and receivable. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Creates intercompany recharge invoices (stock and non-stock related)
  • Identifies weak points in the process, suggests improvements to the Team Leader
  • Gives advice on the basis of knowledge and experience and plays a role in communication within the organisation
  • Ensures all tasks are carried out in a timely manner, with a high service level
  • Gives input to the General Ledger department for month end closing in terms of completed reconciliations
  • Adapts quickly to change and makes sure priorities are understood and managed.
  • Supports continuous improvement and company initiatives, actively participates in projects.
  • Performs periodic controls of the sub ledger and general ledger systems
  • Keeps intercompany out of balances to zero and provides detailed explanation should out of balances exist
  • Ensures compliance to intercompany policies
  • Provides support to internal and external audit
  • Takes part in job chats, personnel reviews

Functie eisen

To succeed in this position you’ll need to have:

  • a degree in the field of business administration / financial services
  • at least 1 year experience within finance in a multinational / multi subsidiary organisation is a pre
  • knowledge/experience in accounting principles and balancing principles
  • experience with on MS Office Applications –Excel, Outlook and Word
  • fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • proactive, results orientated attitude
    It will work out in your favor if you’ve experience with SAP.
