Prepare on and off-boarding package for new joiners or leavers;
Manage the incoming phone line;
Produce and distribute manuals, checklists, aircraft documentation and other controlled documents in the Quality Management System, Q-Pulse & SharePoint;
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies;
Manage the conference room calendars, ensuring rooms are ready for use;
Maintain good housekeeping in the office;
Maintain contacts with Rotterdam-The Hague airport parking services & Jet Center staff;
Support other team members as and when required.

This job is office-based for 32 or 40 hours per week. For a minimum of 6 months, possibly longer. The ideal candidate has the following attributes:
