For our international client in Den Haag we are looking for a full time Web Editor Assistant. This role primarily concerns maintenance and production on the company's public website. It is a large, fast-moving website and is managed in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders. The aim of this role and department is to increase brand awareness and the company's mission, while safeguarding the reputation as a world leader in the educational field.
Produces and edits content across the company's public website;
Works with key stakeholders across the organization to develop content which is appropriate for the target audience and is search engine optimized;
Works closely with marketing colleagues to ensure consistency in content produced and that content adheres to branding guidelines;
May be required to write and edit news articles;
Assist with meeting planning and general website administration.

Educated to a bachelor degree level.
Capable web/digital editorial skills are essential, with experience editing websites and creating digital copy.
Experience working on multilingual websites is an advantage.
Experience using multiple types of Web CMS.
Knowledge of (and demonstrable experience implementing) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practice and web accessibility standards
Experience implementing digital marketing and communications campaigns online, preferably including social media.
Familiarity with UX techniques e.g. information architecture, user interaction and use of personas.
Strong understanding of user needs and usability, as well as a high awareness of the latest online media trends.
Experience liaising and working directly with multiple stakeholders and reconciling multiple priorities.
