As an Assembly Operator, you contribute to the careful assembly of innovative automation systems. You will work with technical drawings and schematics to assemble electrical and mechanical components. Accuracy is essential, as you will often handle small and precise parts.

You will also maintain an organized workspace following the 5S methodology and ensure our high-quality standards are consistently met.

What will you do?

• Gather the required components and assemble them in the correct sequence based on technical drawings or schematics, within the set timeframe;
• Inspect assembled products, perform tests, and carry out any necessary corrections;
• Register used materials, time spent, and any deviations in various systems;
• Maintain tools properly and ensure a clean and organized workspace according to the 5S methodology.

Here’s what you can expect as Assambly operator:

💰 A salary of €3,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);

📄 A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;

🕒 A full-time role (40 hours per week) with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM;

📘 Excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Metal and Engineering Collective Labor Agreement (CAO);

🚗 Travel expense reimbursement.

👤 What We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with technical insight and a flexible mindset.

• VMBO diploma with basic knowledge of PCs and systems;
• Strong attention to detail for precise assembly of small components;
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills and tasks;
• Organized and familiar with structured working methods such as 5S;
• Experience with assembly or technical systems is a plus.
