Assistent Financial Controller

Your role as an assistant financial controller includes supporting our international financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with the international controller and other teams to streamline workflows and provide actionable insights. With your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you’ll play a key part in helping the management make informed decisions while working in a dynamic international environment.

What You Will Do:

• Support: the financial consolidation of multiple international entities, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting;
• Prepare and analyze: monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to deliver valuable insights to management;
• Collaborate: with various departments and countries to gather financial data and improve processes;
• Contribute: to budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing insights that enhance performance and efficiency;
• Review: general ledger, month-end closings, and cost allocations to ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and internal guidelines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional with a proactive mindset to join our international team.

• HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial administration or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
