What exactly are you going to do

As a cleanroom operator, you will contribute to the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality medical implants. You'll face the challenge of maintaining the utmost precision under ISO Level 7 cleanroom standards, a task critical to patient safety and product efficacy. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality—someone who's ready to learn and grow within our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Production: execute manual and automated tasks with high precision, adhering to strict work instructions and safety protocols.
  • Quality control: perform in-process checks, meticulously document activities, and support ongoing quality inspections and improvements.
  • Collaboration: work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and contribute to process optimization.
  • Preparation: ready materials and solutions for production, ensuring all resources meet the necessary standards for cleanroom use.
  • Professional development: engage in training and mentorship opportunities to refine skills and support the growth of junior team members.

Job Requirements

We seek a meticulous Cleanroom Operator with a passion for precision and quality in medical device manufacturing.

  • MBO4+ diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 4 years' cleanroom experience.
  • Quality inspection experience in stent production preferred.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and detail-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and Excel skills.
