Customer service medewerker German

As a Customer Service Representative you are working for one of the largest corporate gift suppliers in Europe, located in Rijswijk (near The Hague). How does your day look like?

• After catching up with your colleagues, you check and process orders and artwork in the system
• After a nice lunch break, you will work on a deadline with your team
• You have a lot of contact with clients (online and offline) and answer their questions
• You contact internal departments to find solutions for the clients

Are you the person we are looking for? Our ideal candidate has strong administrational skills, a commercial mindset and strong communication skills. What else do you need as a Customer Service Representative?

• Fluent in German and English in word and writing
• MBO level or equivalent
• Experience in MS Office and ERP system is nice to have
• The ability to switch easily between tasks
• A team player and able to work independently
• A service-minded approach, committed and detail oriented

As a Customer Service Representative, you work with a team of 8 colleagues and you will build and maintain customer relations with customers from the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You work for one of the largest corporate gift suppliers in Europe with a big collection that consists of 13 different product groups.
