What exactly are you going to do

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? As an event marketing specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing event marketing strategies across the EMEA region. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance. You’ll work closely with the marketing manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality events that align with our mission to empower students worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing an EMEA events plan in collaboration with the marketing manager.
  • Creating and managing event marketing materials, such as digital banners, brochures, and roll-up banners.
  • Collaborating with development managers to understand event requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Designing landing pages and email invitations to support event promotions.
  • Managing social media activities related to events and tracking marketing material stock.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist with a passion for delivering impactful events across the EMEA region.

  • Proven experience in international event management and marketing.
  • Skilled in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Account Engagement).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
