As an Inside Sales Representative at our client, you will play an integral role in supporting our French B2B customers. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer interaction, order processing, and collaboration with both the inside and outside sales teams. With your affinity for music—especially guitars and drums—you’ll ensure our clients receive expert advice and seamless service. Your ability to communicate fluently in French and English will be key to building strong relationships with our international partners.
What You Will Do:
- Advise: provide tailored advice to B2B customers in France, primarily via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met with the right products.
- Process: handle incoming orders efficiently using Exact software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.
- Support: collaborate closely with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate: maintain clear and professional communication in French and English with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Learn: stay updated on our product range, including guitars and drums, to deliver informed recommendations and insights to our clients.
