What exactly are you going to do

As a technician process sciences, you will contribute to the heart of our biotechnology operations, engaging in cutting-edge cell therapy manufacturing. You'll tackle the dynamic challenges of automating CAR-T production, performing critical experiments, and ensuring quality in a Grade D clean room environment. We're looking for a proactive team player with a BSc in life sciences or a related field, hands-on experience in cell and gene therapy processes, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution: perform production runs using the Cocoon platform, and generate positive fractions for process characterization studies.
  • Collaboration: work closely with Process Development, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Improvement: contribute to continuous improvement projects, enhancing efficiency and robustness of laboratory activities.
  • Support: assist in the management of laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
  • Experimentation: conduct scale-down model experiments and troubleshoot to support late-stage development and comparability studies.

Job Requirements

Seeking a proactive Technician Process Sciences with a keen eye for innovation in cell therapy.

  • BSc in HLO, life sciences, or related field
  • Experience with cell & gene therapy, automated bioreactors
  • Knowledge of GMP, technology transfer, quality adherence
  • Fluent in English, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented, fresh graduate or similar role experience
