As a medewerker chauffeurssupport, you will contribute to ensuring smooth distribution processes within our dynamic logistics environment. You’ll work closely with drivers and the distribution team, combining coaching, administrative tasks, and process monitoring. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to switch seamlessly between responsibilities while keeping an eye on both people and systems.

What You Will Do:

• Coach drivers: provide practical guidance and motivation to improve their performance.
• Monitor quality: oversee adherence to procedures and conduct evaluations to optimize processes.
• Manage administration: maintain records in the learning management system (LMS) and other tools.
• Support onboarding: assist new drivers during their introduction and training.
• Provide assistance: act as a backup for technical questions and collaborate with the distribution supervisor.

• Completed MBO degree, preferably in logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and system navigation.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Organizationally strong and stress-resistant.
• Flexible and living within 20 km of Bleiswijk.
