What exactly are you going to do

As a team leader in Procurement at the forefront of fuel innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring material availability for both production and spare parts. You'll navigate the delicate balance between material demands and inventory levels, aiming for top-notch customer service and efficient stock management. Your expertise in ERP systems, leadership prowess, and prioritization skills will be key in a dynamic setting where strategic decisions directly impact our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Balance material needs with inventory levels to ensure high OTIF and minimize stock value;
  • Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance and enforce compliance with agreements;
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of departmental procedures and actively participate in continuous improvement activities;
  • Team Development: Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure efficient function operations;
  • Reporting: Oversee and dispatch KPI reports, taking action to enhance team performance.

Job Requirements

Seeking a visionary Team Leader in Procurement, driven by efficiency and innovation.

  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP (Microsoft Business Central).
  • Proven experience in procurement management, strategies.
  • English fluency, third language (German/French) advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptable to change.
