You'll be tasked with the exciting challenge of balancing material needs with inventory levels, all while aiming for top-notch customer service and efficient stock management. Your expertise in ERP systems, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting will be key to our continued success.

• Manage inventory levels to ensure high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery while minimizing stock value;
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements and fostering strong partnerships;
• Contribute to the development and optimization of departmental procedures and processes through active participation in continuous improvement activities;
• Lead team development by selecting, training, and evaluating members to ensure efficient departmental operations;
• Analyze and report on KPIs, taking action to enhance team performance based on these insights.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP (Microsoft Business Central);
• Proven experience in procurement management and strategies;
• Fluent in English; third language (German/French) preferred;
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience;
