Production Operator

As a production operator, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic production environment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the processes. Responsibilities:

• Operation: operate and monitor production equipment for mixing and processing, ensuring product consistency and quality;
• Quality control: perform checks and adjust the mixing process according to instructions and quality standards;
• Machine setup: convert and calibrate machinery for optimal production efficiency;
• Inspection: conduct quality inspections, upholding hygiene and safety regulations;
• Improvement: proactively contribute to process enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Monthly salary that ranges from €2600 to €3300, excluding taxes, based on a 40-hour workweek and including a 13% shift allowance;
• Permanent contract with a globally expanding company;
