Warehouse worker

As a logistic worker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by ensuring that daily logistics processes run efficiently and accurately. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, precision, and a structured approach are key. From receiving goods to preparing them for shipment, your role will be essential in maintaining the flow of operations. Flexibility is important, as you will be working within a 5-shift system, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Receive and inspect: accepting and checking incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize: efficiently storing goods in the warehouse following established procedures.
• Pick and prepare: gathering and preparing orders for shipment using scanners or logistics systems.
• Ensure safety: maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate: working closely with colleagues and ensuring clear communication to achieve daily goals.

• An hourly wage of €17.76 gross (including 20% shift allowance).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Additional allowances for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• MBO 2 level of thinking and working, no specific diploma required.
• Experience with logistics systems or scanners is a plus.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks.
• Flexible availability for a 5-shift rotation schedule.
• Willing to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
