As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes within a modern warehouse environment. In this position, you will work daily with ERP systems and communicate in English within an international setting. Thanks to your accuracy and structured approach, you will ensure the correct processing of data while contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process transportation cost invoices;
- Accurately record and process data in internal systems and ERP software;
- Prepare reports and management information;
- Analyze and report on transportation costs;
- Act as the main point of contact between carriers and the Planning department;
- Support daily operational activities related to transportation processes;
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively contribute to process improvements and optimizations;
- Maintain accurate and complete administrative records and documentation.
