As an Assembly Employee, you contribute to the precise assembly of innovative automation systems. You will work with technical drawings and work instructions to assemble electrical and mechanical components. Precision is essential in this role, as you may sometimes work with small parts. In addition, you will help maintain an organized workplace according to the 5S methodology and contribute to our high-quality standards.
What you will do:
Assembly: Carefully assemble electrical and mechanical components according to technical drawings and within the specified;
timeframes.Inspection: Check assembled products, perform tests, and make adjustments or corrections where necessary;
Registration: Record used materials, time spent, and any deviations in the designated systems.Maintenance;
Ensure tools are properly maintained and keep the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with the 5S methodology;
Development: Continuously expand your skills and take on new tasks in a dynamic and evolving work environment;

- Gross monthly salary of €3,400 based on a 40-hour workweek;
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM);
- Excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Metal and Engineering Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Metaal en Techniek);
- Travel allowance for commuting expenses;
- The same employment conditions as permanent employees in comparable positions.

We are looking for a precise and eager-to-learn assembly employee with technical affinity.
- VMBO diploma (secondary vocational education) and basic knowledge of computers and systems.
- Experience assembling small components is a plus.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Familiar with structured working methods such as 5S.
- Able to read and follow technical drawings.
