As a Logistics Team Leader, you contribute to the smooth running of daily logistics operations in our modern distribution center in Almelo. You are visible on the shop floor, motivate your team, and ensure efficient collaboration. With your experience in logistics and leadership skills, you know how to get the best out of your team and implement improvements where necessary. You effortlessly switch between leading and actively working alongside your team, and you are not afraid to make decisions.
- Lead: motivate and coach a team of 15–25 employees to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain oversight: monitor the progress of logistics processes and make timely adjustments where needed.
- Communicate: organize team meetings and provide feedback to improve cooperation.
- Improve: contribute to process optimization and ensure an efficient and safe working environment.Your working hours will generally be from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
