Order Picker – Flowers & Plants

Are you an early bird who wants to earn good money while the rest of the Netherlands is still asleep? Then we have the perfect job for you!

For our client in Aalsmeer, we are looking for several order pickers who would like to work among the most beautiful flowers and plants in the Netherlands.

You will start early, but you will often finish between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, leaving the rest of the day free for yourself! As an Order Picker, you will help ensure that flowers and plants reach customers all over the world on time. Using an electric cart, you will drive through the auction halls and collect orders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and processing orders;
• Sorting flowers and plants by customer and destination;
• Working with a scanner or voice-picking system;
• Checking quality and quantities;
• Preparing orders for transportation. No experience? No problem! You will receive thorough training, and your colleagues will help you get up to speed quickly.

• Gross hourly wage of €16.60, paid weekly;
• Part-time position of 16 to 30 hours per week, mainly during morning shifts;
• Free afternoons for sports, study, or social activities;
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on good performance;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;

• You are at least 18 years old and physically fit;
• You speak Dutch, English, or Polish and are reliable;
• You are available on weekdays from 6:00 AM onwards;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• Experience in order picking or logistics is an advantage.
