Packaging Production Worker

As a production packaging worker, you play an important role in our production process. You ensure that our products are carefully inspected and packaged, so they arrive at our customers in perfect condition. In this role, you will work in a 3-shift system and have the opportunity to further develop your skills through internal training programs. You will work in a clean and organized environment where your well-being is valued. What you will do:

• Inspecting: performing final quality checks on finished products.
• Packaging: folding, sealing, and labeling boxes and trays.
• Operating: working with packaging machines to ensure the packing process runs smoothly.
• Stacking: placing boxes on pallets and ensuring neat stacking.
• Transporting: moving full pallets using an electric pallet truck.

• Gross monthly salary starting from €3,040 including shift allowance, based on a 3-shift schedule.
• Shift times: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position upon good performance.
• Workweek between 7.5 and 37.5 hours, tailored to your situation.
• Clean, dry, and well-organized production environment.

• Learning on the job through a structured training plan and certifications.
