As an Administrative Support professional, you are an essential link within the team. You ensure that daily order activities run smoothly and provide support during busy periods and holidays. With your structured approach and customer-focused communication, you contribute to efficient and reliable operations, which are crucial for serving our customers worldwide.
What will you do:
- Process sales orders in SAP and Excel and respond to customer inquiries via email;
- Keep customers informed about backorders, forecasts, and status updates;
- Manage emails related to the external warehouse and process Post Goods Issues (PGIs);
- Monitor the logistics mailbox and process invoices for Japan;
- Handle daily Geodis sales orders, with peak activity on Tuesdays, and support monthly closing cycles.
