You process orders accurately, keep customers informed, and support the team during busy periods, helping everything run efficiently.
What will you do:
- Process: accurately enter and manage sales orders in SAP and Excel;
- Communicate: respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on backorders and order statuses;
- Support: manage emails to the external warehouse and process Post Goods Issues (PGIs);
- Administer: monitor the logistics mailbox and process invoices (including Japan);
- Close: handle Geodis orders and support monthly closing activities.
