We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and logistical support to several directors at our headquarters in The Hague. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth coordination of meetings, travel, budgets, and events—contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources for large meetings and events, including facilities, catering, invitations, and on-site logistics.
- Arrange travel and conference logistics, including visa applications, flight and accommodation bookings, and expense claims.
- Provide administrative support for budget management, including purchase order creation and invoice execution.
- Administer and reconcile credit card payments.
- Act as backup for other Team Assistants within the Business Support Services team during absences or peak periods.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
