Evaluation preparer

As an Evaluation Assistant, you will contribute to the core operations of our dynamic team in Hilversum, ensuring the quality and efficacy of fragrance evaluations. You'll tackle the meticulous task of preparing and conducting wash tests, a critical step in our product development process. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

• Preparation: organizing and setting up evaluation materials and equipment for fragrance testing.
• Testing: conducting wash tests and evaluations using both machine and hand-washing techniques.
• Analysis: assessing the performance of cleaning agents and air fresheners in simulated home environments.
• Collaboration: supporting team members and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Maintenance: managing the upkeep of testing equipment and spaces to ensure consistent and accurate results.
