Sample Technician

As a Sample Technician in our fragrance laboratory, you will contribute to the development and preparation of samples for our fragrance products. You can think of samples for perfumes, fabric softeners, and other scented products. Your role is essential for creating the right scent combinations that appeal and excite customers worldwide. In a creative and dynamic work environment, you will work closely with fragrance designers and chemists to develop each fragrance to perfection.

What you will do:

• Compounding: essential oils and preparing finished samples;
• Filling: raw material samples according to documentation and process into inventory system;
• Processing: sample requests, printing labels for sample bottles and delivering samples to shipping;
• Maintain: stock sample bottles and keep workplace clean according to GMP guidelines;
• Participate: in cross training programs and work together as a team to solve problems, develop procedures and recommend improvements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic sample technician who is motivated to learn the trade or already has laboratory experience. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

• Good command of the English language;
• You are able to use a scale with an accuracy of 0.001 grams and accurately weigh small amounts of material;
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Flexibility to switch between different tasks and instructions.
